Managing Partner
SSJurists was founded in 2016 in a converted Highgate townhouse by two barristers who believed legal practice could be both rigorous and humane. From those first instructions — a contested probate, a family business sale — we have grown into a multidisciplinary firm without ever losing the intimacy of a chambers practice.
Today, our partners advise founders, families and institutions across corporate, family, real estate, employment, immigration, disputes and private client matters. We are deliberately mid-sized — large enough to handle complex, cross-border work; small enough that a partner answers the phone.
Our mission is unchanged: to give clients the calm, considered counsel that turns a difficult moment into a clear path forward.
2016
Founded in Highgate
Two barristers open SSJurists as a small chambers practice serving local families and businesses.
2020
Corporate practice launched
New partner joins, building what becomes our flagship corporate team.
2022
Expansion into the City
We open a second office in Holborn to serve a growing roster of institutional clients.
