Responsibilities
- Lead workstreams on M&A, joint ventures and venture funding rounds
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents end to end
- Mentor trainees and junior associates
- Maintain trusted client relationships across deals
Requirements
- 3–5 years PQE in corporate / M&A from a recognised firm
- Strong drafting and negotiation experience
- Commercial mindset and excellent client manner
- Admitted to practice in England & Wales
