Eleanor Whitfield

Managing Partner

Biography

Eleanor co-founded SSJurists in 1997 after a decade at a leading City firm, and has since built one of the most respected mid-market corporate practices in London.

She advises founders, boards and family offices on transactions where the human stakes are as high as the commercial ones — sales of family businesses, succession matters, and the restructurings that follow major life events.

Eleanor is regularly recommended in Chambers and Legal 500, and sits on the boards of two arts charities.
